Kosovo University Formally Opens Educational Partnership Hubs for Inter-Ethnic Collaboration

American University in Kosovo Foundation and RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) recently opened Educational Partnership Hubs for Inter-Ethnic Collaboration, thanks to ASHA funding. The project renovated and equipped four Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) labs, enabling thousands of students from all ethnicities across Kosovo the opportunity to learn together—using high-quality American scientific equipment, academic resources, and technical support.

U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo Hovenier emphasized the value of STEM in economic and democratic growth and highlighted the inclusivity and collaboration that will take place at the Hubs. Students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, particularly young women and those from non-majority communities, will be among the users.
