Several years ago, Mustafizur Rahman was struggling to expand business at his coconut mill in Bagerhat. But he had a money-making idea that would help him become the largest exporter of coconut coir products in Bangladesh. With a little support from USAID, Mustafiz transformed his idea into building a family business that employs hundreds of people working together to produce and export coco peat.
