USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Emergency Application Guidelines 

The BHA Emergency Application Guidelines apply to all non-competitive, emergency awards for non-governmental organizations, inclusive of urgent response, early recovery, and disaster risk reduction (DRR) programming.
