Dr. James Beaver of the University of Puerto Rico and Dr. Juan Carlos Rosas of the Zamorano Panamerican Agricultural University in Honduras received the 2017 Board for International Food and Agricultural Development (BIFAD) Award for Scientific Excellence in a Feed the Future Innovation Lab.
