The Global Development Alliance (GDA) APS now has a successor, the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway! We encourage you to visit the newly launched Private Sector Collaboration Pathway page to learn more about this new tool for partnering. The Private Sector Collaboration Pathway builds on the strengths of the GDA APS, while providing new flexibilities and user experience improvements. Everything that was possible under the GDA APS is now possible with the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway. Hence, moving forward USAID strongly encourages the use of the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway rather than the GDA APS which will no longer be available after August 31, 2023.
Please also check the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway Addenda page for specific collaboration opportunities issued by USAID Missions, Bureaus & Independent Offices. For any questions, please email pscp@usaid.gov.
The GDA Annual Program Statement is a general solicitation for GDA concept submissions. Private sector partners are free to explore GDA concepts at any time with any Mission, Bureau, or Independent Office (MBIO) at USAID. In addition, select MBIOs may use the GDA APS to issue a more specific call for particular types of GDAs to address select priorities or objectives. These more specific calls are known as Addenda.
If your organization is interested in pursuing GDA opportunities that are published in an addendum, please read the addendum carefully and follow the instructions set forth in the addendum.
Note: Prospective partners are always welcome to explore collaboration through the main GDA APS. GDA Addenda offer additional partnership opportunities under the main GDA APS. Please direct any general questions about addenda to gda@usaid.gov.
