The USAID Project Management Specialist (MEL Advisor) serves in USAID/India’s high-profile Indo-Pacific Office (IPO) and reports to the IPO Director and/or his/her designee. The Incumbent serves as the IPO’s recognized technical lead and subject matter expert on monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), supporting USAID’s work within South Asia and with a broad range of strategic partners. S/he serves as the IPO’s MEL Advisor and plays a leadership role in the conception, support, design, development, and implementation of the IPO’s MEL strategy.
