Procurement Executive Bulletins

Procurement Executive Bulletins (PEBs) are issued by the Management Bureau’s Office of Acquisition & Assistance (M/OAA) Director to provide information of interest to contracting personnel. PEBs include information such as policy reminders, information regarding general guidance, best practices, reminders and frequently asked questions (FAQs).

It is important to note that PEBs are guidance for USAID employees and do not necessarily pertain to external partners. In addition, they are not considered formal policy.
