We work with more than 4,000 organizations in more than 100 countries. USAID’s partners take many different shapes and forms and are located all over the world, working in a variety of different sectors.
Without our partners, we would not able to reach our mission of ending extreme poverty and promoting resilient, democratic societies. Just as important as having partners to reach our mission, so is being open and transparent about the work that we do.
USAID, as a part of the Open Government Directive, and the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA), provides regular updates to USASpending.gov so everyone can see where we are working, with who we are working, and what we are doing.
On USASpending, you will find a one-stop shop for a list of all of USAID’s prime partners and the amount of funding they have received to work with USAID.
USAID information for acquisitions (contracts) is updated on a nightly basis, while assistance awards (cooperative agreements and grants) are updated on a weekly basis. Included on this site are all of USAID’s partners -- local and international.
On the site, you can find and download the total amount of funds awarded by USAID from FY 2008 to the present, lists of USAID’s top recipients, and a breakdown of where our partners are located state by state.
Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts
USAID uses Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to help achieve its Mission. With an IDIQ, task orders are issued and competed amongst the holders of the IDIQ. USAID's Business Forecast includes task orders with a value of $10 million and above. Provided in the link below for your reference is a current list of USAID IDIQs.
Notes on the IDIQ:
1. This document is updated on a quarterly basis. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to USASpending.gov.
2. Many IDIQs allow for task orders to be performed for 1 to 3 years beyond the indicated end date of the period of performance.
3. IGF in the project description identifies an Inherently Government Function where an award with a Product or Service Code (PSC) as a 'Service' is 'Closely Associated' (CL), 'Critical Functions' (CT), 'Other Functions' (OT) or a combination of 'Closely Associated' and 'Critical Functions' of the government.
