This expansion phase of the agreement seeks to accelerate broad and equitable access and delivery of safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines, as well as reduce morbidity and mortality from COVID-19, mitigate transmission and strengthen health systems, including the pertinent to prevention, detection, and response to pandemic threats. This program mobilizes $ 3 million dollars and integrates 15 provinces of Ecuador.
