UHCP APS Addendum 5 TB-HIV Community-Led Monitoring

This activity will bolster community leadership, support robust community health sector engagement and increase community participation in health system decision-making. Specifically, the activity will: (1) enhance the functionality and coordination of networks of community-led and community-based organizations engaged in the TB and HIV response; (2) strengthen existing platforms to collect and analyze data to inform TB and HIV programming; and (3) bolster the capacity of community-based organizations to carry out data-driven advocacy at the national and local levels.
