OVERVIEW OF CONFERENCE EXPENSES
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-17-08 amending M-12-12, Promoting Efficient Spending to Support Agency Operations, directs agencies to report conference expenses for the previous fiscal year on their public websites. This report documents that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) did not incur costs related to reportable conferences in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021. This was due to ongoing prohibitions associated with large gatherings during the current global COVID-19 pandemic and the enforcement of applicable travel restrictions
