Let’s Come Out – Let’s Work Together project

Let’s Come Out – Let’s Work Together is a three-year activity that will advance diversity, equity and inclusion in Serbia’s workplaces and business communities. By demonstrating that inclusion of all individuals, including LGBTQI+, yields positive effects for the economy, and educating and engaging the public to better understand the value and importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) standards for LGBTQI+ in the economic sector, the activity will improve the equity of disadvantaged communities, thereby increasing equitable prosperity and contributing to USAID’s overall goal of a more prosperous and democratic Serbia committed to European integration and self-reliance.
