Mrs. Izetta Minko-Moreau serves as Deputy Mission Director for USAID/Guinea and Sierra Leone. Prior to assuming her current duties, Izetta served as a Health Officer in Guinea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Senegal, and in the West Africa Regional Office in Ghana. Before joining the Foreign Service in 2006, Izetta served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Ivory Coast. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Izetta received a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Biology from Furman University and a M.A. in Public Health from The George Washington University School of Public Health with a concentration in Global Health.
