Through USAID's Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Development (DRM4D) program, we helped ten cities in Uganda raise an additional $5.5 million between 2021 and 2023. City revenues are expected to double to $11 million in 2024. We assisted the cities in formulating and implementing local revenue improvement plans, digitizing their taxpayer registers, and carrying out mass property valuation.
