The YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa empowers inspiring young leaders from fourteen east and central African countries with the skills, knowledge, and networks to drive Africa’s growth and unlock the continent’s potential. The Center houses East Africa’s premier leadership development program, bringing together innovative problem-solvers to foster regional perspectives and address today’s challenges within and beyond their countries. After completing the transformative leadership development program, participants continue to make a significant difference in their home communities and across the region through the growing YALI alumni network.
