Supported by USAID, Fulbright University Vietnam (FUV) has achieved impressive accomplishments in their first five years, continuously striving to reimagine higher education and deliver world class university programs. FUV is now rapidly transitioning from a nascent and aspirational higher education institution to a period of growth, institutionalization and greater financial independence and sustainability. As part of their next stage of development, FUV is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Professor Jay S. Siegel as Provost, effective summer 2021. With 35 years of professional experience as a leading scholar in top institutions across the globe, Professor Siegel will spearhead Fulbright’s next endeavors, including fine-tuning the curriculum, promoting civic engagement activities, and amplifying the liberal arts education spirit in Vietnam.
With the Provost on board, FUV is charting the institution’s strategic course to academic excellence at the highest international standard.
