Welcome to the latest issue of ParlerHealth, the USAID/West Africa Regional Health Office's quarterly digest. 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of PEPFAR (the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief), an initiative through which the U.S. government has collaborated with governments and civil society organizations to reshape the global response to HIV/AIDS. We'll continue to spotlight PEPFAR's successes in West Africa, with a focus on Togo in this edition.
