Subject: Implementing Partner Notices (IPN) Portals for Acquisition & Assistance (A&A) Awards
Dear Implementing Partners,
The purpose of this notice is inform you of USAID’s launch of two new portals which focus on speeding communications between USAID’s implementing partners and USAID Agreement and Contracting (AO/CO) Officers.
These portals – the Implementing Partner Notices (IPN) portals with one for Acquisition (Contracts and Task Orders) and one for Assistance (Grants and Cooperative Agreements) – serve as USAID’s single point where Agency-wide (also referred to as "universal") modifications are posted for receipt by implementing partners and their execution. The portals are designed so that implementing partners who register will receive automatic email notifications when the IPN Portal is updated with award modifications and notices.
To receive notices or universal bilateral modifications/amendments for awards, we urge you please register your organization at either the IPN for Assistance or IPN for Acquisitions or both depending on the award type(s) you hold with USAID. If you receive both types of awards, you should register in each portal.
Registration with the IPN portals is through the following:
- IPN Portal for Acquisitions: Register Here!
- IPN Portal for Assistance: Register Here!
When you enter the portals, click Register with an email that contains your email address. When you have been notified of modifications which have been posted to the IPN, please download the modification, complete the modification where highlighted, sign, and return the executed modification to your Agreement/Contracting Officer (AO/CO) for each of your award(s).
I ask that you please move forward in registering with the appropriate portal(s) above and acknowledge that you have completed your registration with Ms. Arpi Shotigian Moskovitch at ashotigian@usaid.gov, Acquisition and Assistance Specialist. You may direct any questions or regarding this Notice to Ms. Moskovitch, as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
