Subject: Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC)- Document Submission Dear Implementing Partners,
I am writing to drawn your attention to the requirement for you to submit documents to the Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC). We last addressed this requirement under Contractor/Grantee Notice No. 2010-WBG-01, dated October 8, 2009.
Please refer to this requirement under your awards, specifically the standard provision, "Submissions to the Development Experience Clearinghouse and Publications (June 2012" under Assistance awards and the AIDAR clause 752.7005, "Submission Requirements for Development Experience Documents (September 2013)" under Contracts and Task Orders.
For further guidance and instructions regarding the submission requirements, please refer to ADS 540.3 "Policy Directives and Required Procedures" and the te1ms of your awards as specified above. Documents must be submitted to the Development Experience Clearinghouse on time with a copy furnished to your respective AOR/COR.
USAID will be following up on compliance with this requirement. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact your respective AOR/COR.
