• 5.00 percent Women Owned Small Business (WOSB)
• 5.00 percent Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
• 3.00 percent Historically Underutilized Small Business Zone (HUBZone)
USAID has a 16.00 percent small business subcontracting goal as well as the below goals for the socio-economic small business programs:
• 5.00 percent 8(a) Program/Small Disadvantaged Business
• 5.00 percent Women Owned Small Business
• 5.00 percent Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business
• 3.00 percent Historically Underutilized Small Business Zone
