Nozipho Penelope Ndzabandzaba is the founder of E-Learning with Eswatini, a non-profit organization promoting digital literacy in rural Eswatini. The organization runs computer literacy and IT programs for young girls across rural Eswatini. Since its inception in 2018, E-Learning with Eswatini trained more than 150 girls in technology related programs. The organization conducted training programs across multiple districts to demystify tech-phobia among girls in rural areas and to encourage them to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
