This Memorandum of Intent for promoting health and quality of life by reducing tuberculosis in Ukraine (hereinafter "MOI") is entered into by and between the U.S. Agency for International Development (hereinafter "USAID"), and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (hereinafter "MOH"), collectively referred to as "Participants," and each of them individually as "Participant."
