Marcus Moon serves as a Small Business Specialist in the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). He has experience in Socio – Economic Program engagement, and small business advocacy in all phases of the acquisition life cycle, and set-aside process formulation and implementation. He holds a BA in communication and a Master in Public Administration. Mr. Moon spent more than 10 years as a Contract Officer within the agency supporting the Bureau for Global Health where he awarded and managed several multimillion dollar contracts. His portfolio as a Small Business Specialist includes Human Capital and Talent Management (HCTM), the Bureau for Democracy Human Rights and Governance, the Office of the Executive Secretariat, the Office of the Administrator, the East Africa region, and the Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) engagement.
