Frank Monticello

Frank Monticello currently serves as M/OSO Office Director.

He joined the M/OSO team in July 2020. Prior to this, he served with USAID/South Sudan, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh. Before joining USAID as a direct hire, Mr. Monticello spent more than 10 years working in corporate finance with Hewlett Packard, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Malawi, and subsequently as a local hire PSC with USAID/Malawi. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and has an MBA from the University of Texas, with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
