The Specialty Coffee Community activity seeks to increase coffee farmers income and profitability through an inclusive approach with buyers, reducing/eliminating inefficiencies and improve quality in their production and processing chains, while increasing access to international certified and specialty coffee markets.
HOW DOES THE ACTIVITY WORK?
This activity reduces and or eliminates field-Inefficiencies in the coffee production value chains, lack of consistent quality, and lack of market access led to low prices, losses, indebtedness, and increased pressure to grow coca.
