Description
The Universal Energy Facility is a multi-donor Results-Based Financing facility to significantly speed up and to deliver at scale energy connections within Africa. The UEF offers incentive payments, i.e. grants, to eligible organizations that develop and operate energy systems and provide verified electricity connections and clean cooking solutions based upon pre-determined standards.
