As countries continue to rebuild from the COVID-19 pandemic, this is a practical guide to support African countries as they develop their recovery plan and stimulus packages to show how clean energy investment can support governments to ‘Recover Better’ and use this once in a generation moment to reset their economies and close energy access gaps.
