The PS3+ Activity works with the Government of Tanzania (GOT) and Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar (RGOZ) to institutionalize public sector systems at the local level that are responsive to citizens’ needs for essential quality public services, particularly for underserved populations. PS3+ promotes increased citizen engagement in the transparent management and delivery of public services. The Activity collaborates with government entities including the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly, and Children (MOH), Ministry of Finance and Planning (MOFP); President’s Office, Regional Administration, and Local Government (PORALG); Local Government Authorities (LGAs); and Lower-Level Governments (LLGs).
