On April 6th Dien Bien’s Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs held a signing ceremony between four provincial departments to formalize their coordination on trafficking victim receipt, protection, and support. USAID collaborated with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs to develop Dien Bien Province’s provincial framework to respond to victims of human trafficking.
USAID’s work developing a coordinated framework sets the stage for enhanced collaboration as survivors of trafficking navigate the services and networks that can facilitate their road to recovery.
