Before USAID's involvement in 2017, Binh Dinh hospital offered only traditional medicine and limited physical therapy, serving an average of 30 people with disabilities per day. Now, following USAID's support, the hospital serves over 300 people daily, offering comprehensive, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation services through four fully operational units. These units provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and assistive technologies. USAID provided staff training in these areas and supplied the hospital with modern medical equipment.

As a result, more people now have access to essential rehabilitation services, improving their health, independence, and inclusion in their communities. [Inclusion]
