Updating business processes and operations to thrive in a technology-driven marketplace is vital for success, yet many Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) lack the necessary expertise and resources to do this. This work improves the productivity of SMEs and fosters growth in Vietnam's private sector through digital transformation support. [Improving Private Sector Competitiveness]
