October 7, 2024, Dushanbe, Tajikistan – USAID Deputy Assistant Administrator (DAA) of the Bureau for Asia, Änjali Kaur, will travel to Tajikistan to reaffirm the U.S. government’s commitment to inclusive economic growth, private sector development and job creation in the country.
During her two-day trip, taking place October 7 – 8, DAA Kaur will visit USAID-supported project sites in and around Dushanbe. DAA Kaur will meet with government officials and partners to discuss progress across shared priorities between the United States and Tajikistan as well as visit USAID interventions supporting local businesses and rural communities.
